SCHOOL INCURSIONS
Lemonade Kids offers a wide range of Standing Strong school incursion workshops for infant and primary-aged students, delivered during school hours across the term.
Each Standing Strong workshop is built around three core components, providing a holistic approach to health and wellbeing: Strong Body (movement), Strong Mind (mindset), and Strong Heart (mindfulness).
Based in Brisbane, Australia, we deliver incursions nationally and travel across the country to support schools and their communities.
Our workshops are fun, interactive, creative, and designed to be accessible for schools and their families.
Depending on the age group and workshop focus, activities may include yoga, active games, creative worksheets, music, group discussion, and reflection. We believe learning should be enjoyable, and our sessions are delivered in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels encouraged to participate.
HOW OUR WORKSHOPS WORK
Held during school hours, we offer 60–90 minute workshops based on our most popular Strong Mind topics, as requested by schools and parents.
We work with individual classes, grade cohorts, multiple grades, or even your entire school. We recommend workshops are delivered to individual classes or grade cohorts, as this allows for deeper engagement and a more meaningful experience for your students. We love working with schools across a full day to deliver the number of workshops required.
Working with Bec, we will select and tailor a workshop based on the most relevant Strong Mind topics for your students and year level. Each session also includes engaging movement activities that teachers can easily apply in the classroom, along with a wide range of mindfulness exercises that children love and continue to use beyond the workshop. All content is delivered as part of our Standing Strong program.
Workshops are typically delivered in an indoor hall space, with access to a screen and microphone. We also require adequate space to allow for movement-based activities within each session.
NEXT STEP: Schedule a phone call with Bec to discuss your students’ and school’s wellbeing needs. A detailed proposal and quote will be provided, including a clear breakdown of how our workshops align with the Australian Curriculum

TESTIMONIALS
Bulimba State School
Thank you for Lemonade Kids for an amazing day of Wellness Workshops for our Grade4 students. Our students, teachers and parents have offered a lot of positive feedback on the workshops. Along with promoting and encouraging mindfulness, they loved the uplifting and supportive energy you and your team offered across the entire day!

Holy Family Catholic Primary School
All I have received is positive feedback about the workshops! I don't know if you saw or heard but after the session, the Year 6s were eating and gradually all of them joined into one group. It was lovely to watch, and they celebrated when all of them were finally together!
Teresa Shephard, Principal Holy Family Catholic Primary School
Councillor for Morningside
I'm proud to partner with Lemonade Kids to provide workshops to help girls feel empowered. I am confident the girls who participate in these wonderful workshops will walk away feeling motivated to use their new mindset and to inspire their peers.
