SCHOOL HOLIDAY 1 DAY WORKSHOP
Held over the school holidays, our award winning 1 Day Workshop's are jam packed with exciting and interactive activities to help girls and boys feel energised, inspired, more confident, with a strong sense of self.
Each workshop includes our three Standing Strong pillars of STRONG Body (movement), STRONG Mind (mindset) and STRONG Heart (mindfulness).
Our workshop topics change each holidays which allows your child to attend multiple times across the year to help bolster their confidence and grow their personal development skills.
Workshop Activity Overview
Each workshop has up to 30 participants
10:00am to 3:00pm with parent presentation and certificate celebration from 3:00pm to 3:30pm
Held at "Lillian's Place", Carina (address received on confirmation email)
$120 per child per workshop
Your child will participate in physical movement, yoga, mindfulness exercises, group discussions, team building activities, creative art and craft, fun play and the opportunity to make new friends!

Our 1 day workshop is group focused and child lead.
It is important your child is willing to step outside of their comfort zone
Your child is a willing participant and has an understanding of this expectation prior to attending
Your child is comfortable with a team approach across the day and follows instructions. This ensures the overall group enjoys their experience together.
