Held throughout the school holidays, our award winning 1 Day Workshops (5-12 years) and 3 Day Camps (7-12 years) are designed to be both fun and meaningful, supporting children to feel energised, inspired, more confident and deeply connected to who they are.

Located at Lillian’s Place in Carina, each program is built around our Standing Strong pillars: Strong Body (movement), Strong Mind (mindset) and Strong Heart (mindfulness).

Through a dynamic mix of movement, mindfulness, group discussions, team building activities, creative art and play based learning, children develop practical life skills they can carry with them long after the holidays end.
