STRENGTH FROM WITHIN WORKSHOPS

Held over the school holidays, our award winning Strength From Within Workshop's are jam packed with exciting and interactive activities to help girls and boys feel energised, inspired, more confident, with a strong sense of self.

Each workshop includes our three Standing Strong pillars of STRONG Body (movement), STRONG Mind (mindset) and STRONG Heart (mindfulness).

Our workshop topics change each holidays, which allows your child to attend multiple workshops across the year to help bolster their confidence and grow their personal development skills.

With over 15 strategies and tools provided in each workshop (along with a parent presentation and take home worksheets), we take a preventative and holistic approach to support your child and give them a headstart on how to manage life's challenges when they arise.

September: Boosting Confidence, Emotions & Thoughts, Power of Self Belief
December/January topics will be announced later this year!

TIME: Each workshop is 10am to 3:30pm (parent presentation from 3pm)

PRICE: $99 per child per workshop

To register select your child's workshop based on age, gender and venue of your choice.

HANDY INSTRUCTIONS:
On the following page in the registration system you can:

Select your preferred date
Register for multiple dates (for the same workshop)
Register multiple children (for the same workshop)

PLEASE NOTE - you will need to select different workshops from this page and do a separate registration if:

You have two or more children in different workshops
You want your child do all of the topics and register for each holiday now, but mid way through the year your child has a birthday and you would like your child in an older workshop
Register a child at different venues
